Responding to Demand under Sec 154 - Not agreed

Dear Expert Kapadia Praveen,
Demand Order under Sec 154 issued by CPC by email, arising out of Deductor crediting only part of TDS deducted in respect of property sale transaction; on receiving the Demand order and after Deductee contacted Deductor, full TDS credit has been made by Deductor. Now how does the Deductee request CPC for closure of Demand order and cancel the interest liability? Is the request to be made by email or through Efiling portal? if so how? If by email to CPC, who should be addressed? Please advise.
