On Thursday 10 November Apple released the final beta version of Mac OS Big Sur 11.1 to registered developers and other beta testers.

The focus this time seems to be on bug and security fixes, so we do not expect any new features in the next update to macOS Big Sur to be issued to the public.

If you want to get involved with testing the new version you can sign up for the Apple Beta Software Program. In addition to new versions of macOS, you can also test upcoming versions of iOS, iPad OS, TV OS and Watch OS. Read: How to get macOS beta.

If, on the other hand, you would prefer to stop receiving beta updates now that the final version of macOS Big Sur is here read: How to stop getting Big Sur beta updates.
