Shares of Anaplan, Inc. (PLAN), a California-based provider of cloud-based connected planning platform, are tumbling almost 6 percent or $4.19 in Friday's morning trade at $66.89 despite no company-centric news.

U.S. stocks opened lower on Friday as lawmakers in Washington remain at an impasse over a new fiscal stimulus bill. Despite prolonged negotiations, Republicans and Democrats remain at odds over issues such as aid for state as well as local governments and unemployment assistance.

Anaplan has traded in a range of $26.04 to $73.05 in the past 52 weeks.

Walmart is preparing its pharmacies to distribute Covid-19 vaccine across the United States, once a vaccine is approved in the country. The company said it will not have any say in who can receive the vaccine, but is ready to support states once they do. The news comes as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's vaccine advisory committee recommended the emergency use of mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccine Homfa Cabinets, manufactured by China's Shenzhen Luosi Ge Trading Co., has been recalled citing tip-over and entrapment risks for children, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The recall involves about 6,375 units of Homfa HPB-087 and HPB-106 Cabinets. The HPB-087 was sold in walnut brown and the HPB-106 was sold in wood grain. Generic drug maker AvKare, inc. recalled one lot each of Sildenafil 100 mg and Trazodone 100 mg tablets due to a product mix-up, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said in a statement. The company said the two separate products were inadvertently packaged together during bottling at a third party facility.
