MANILA, Philippines — Five barangays in Mandaluyong City have recorded zero cases of COVID-19 as of Wednesday.
These are Barangays Buayang Bato, Daang Bakal, Namayan, New Zaniga and San Jose.
The city government said Barangays Addition Hills, Highway Hills, Hulo and Plainview registered 11, 19 and four cases, respectively.
Mayor Menchie Abalos has urged barangay officials and residents to observe health protocols to further minimize the spread of the virus.
As of Wednesday, there were 94 active cases of COVID-19 in the city.
