Info Edge (India) Ltd informed the exchanges Thursday that Info Edge Venture Fund (IEVF) entered into a Contribution Agreement with MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited for a contribution commitment of Rs375cr.
The company had set up an Alternative Investment Fund named IEVF, sponsored through Smartweb Internet Services Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary. With a target corpus of Rs750cr, the Fund’s mandate is to invest in early stage technology companies.
At around 11.03 am, Info Edge (India) Ltd was trading at Rs4,590.60 per piece down by Rs2.45 or 0.05% from its previous closing of Rs4,593.05 per piece on the BSE.
