Kareena Kapoor Khan dug through her archives on Friday as she posted a throwback picture with hubby Saif Ali Khan. The picture is from when Kareena had won the best actress award for her film Jab We Met starring Shahid Kapoor. The actor had received the award from none other than Saif.
The 2008 sweet throwback picture showed the power couple hand-in-hand. Saif looked sharp in a black suit, while Kareena wore a beautiful sari. Kareena captioned her post saying, "My saif-haven. #flashbackfriday."
Check it out here.
Saif and Kareena recently returned to Mumbai from Himachal Pradesh, where he was shooting for his upcoming horror-comedy, Pawan Kripalani's Bhoot Police. Kareena is expecting her second child with Saif and is due next year. The couple already has a son Taimur Ali Khan.
Recently, Kareena, while speaking to Neha Dhupia on her radio show What Women Want about the name of her second child, had said, "After the whole controversy of Taimur, both Saif and me have not even thought about it. We’re like, going to leave it last minute and then spring a surprise."
When Neha suggested an audience poll to decide, she declined and said, "I’m gonna tackle this right at the end."
Earlier, during an interaction with The Times of India back in 2017, Saif had shared that he thought of changing Taimur's name. The actor said, "I haven’t told anyone about this — I thought for a second about changing his name. For a couple of weeks. And Kareena was a little against it, and she said, 'People respect you for your opinion and you can't'.. So I said, yeah, but it’s not about people. I don’t want him to get unpopular."
He also said, "And I still might, maybe when he’s one or two, I might change his name in a while, it’s still sinking in, what to do. Someone in my PR agreed with me, and we drafted a small letter. And when I read it, it was so pathetic, that I cancelled the idea."
