Taylor Swift Drops 'Willow' Music Video, Reveals Song Meaning, Talks Co-Star & Easter Eggs!

Taylor Swift has released the music video for her new song “Willow,” the first single from her ninth studio album Evermore.
The album was announced in the morning of Thursday (December 10) and it was released to the world just 16 hours later.
In the chat window on YouTube before the video release, Taylor revealed some Easter Eggs for the video. She said, “You’ve seen my co-star in this video somewhere before. One scene represents how I feel about fame. There’s a scene to represent each season throughout the journey of the video.”

Taylor also talked about the meaning of the song and its lyrics. She said, “Willow is about intrigue, desire and the complexity that goes into wanting someone. I think it sounds like casting a spell to make someone fall in love with you (an oddly specific visual).”
“The more that you say, the less I know / Wherever you stray, I follow / I’m begging for you to take my hand / Wreck my plans, that’s my man,” she sings in the chorus.
