Watch: Voting begins for 5th phase of DDC elections in J&K

The voting began for 5th phase of District Development Council (DDC) elections in parts of J&K on December 10. Voters reached their respective polling stations to cast their votes in Jammu. Due to pandemic, precautionary measures were taken at the polling station. A voter said, “I am a first time voter. I would like to say that we should get proper facilities.” People queued up outside a voting booth in Ganderbal. They cast votes to their favourate candidates. A voter said, “We have hope that after choosing candidate from our local will help us in better way and get proper facilities.”
