Farmers protesting against agricultural laws have warned that if the central government does not repeal all three laws, then every road coming to Delhi will be closed one by one. The Joint Farmers Committee in its meeting on Wednesday rejected the proposal of the Central Government.
Insulting farmers told the proposal of the center
After the meeting, farmer leader Shiv Kumar Kakka said, this proposal of the government is an insult to the farmers. There was nothing new in this. In view of the government's stance, we have decided to intensify the movement. Under this, farmers of Rajasthan, UP, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh will travel to Delhi on the 14th, while the farmers of the southern state will protest at the district headquarters. All BJP ministers will be gheraoed. BJP leaders will be boycotted.
Farmer leader Darshan Pal again reiterated that we accept nothing less than the withdrawal of the law. The proposal sent by the government was the same as what agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar has been saying consistently in previous meetings. Another leader Jangveer Singh said, "We will boycott all the products and services of Adani and Ambani". Will get Jio's SIM ported.
Amit Shah could not even end the deadlock
Earlier, on Tuesday night, Home Minister Amit Shah met 13 peasant leaders, but no solution was found in that too. After this, on Wednesday, the government sent a written proposal for amendments in the agricultural laws, which was also rejected by the farmers. Earlier, six rounds of talks between farmers and the government have been fruitless.
