A shocking case has come to light in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). A 30-year-old female constable in CRPF has accused a wrestling coach and chief sports officer of rape, sexual harassment. The woman constable who has been accused has won several medals in wrestling for CRPF.

An FIR has been lodged in the Baba Haridas police station in the capital Delhi. The FIR has been registered against the wrestling coach and the Chief Sports Officer. The CRPF has taken a tough stance in this case and intensified the investigation of the case. Apart from the police investigation, CRPF is also conducting an internal investigation, which is headed by IG level officials.

In this case, the CRPF spokesperson told an English newspaper that an FIR has been lodged on the complaint of the woman constable, the CRPF is strictly involved in the investigation of the matter.

The complaining female constable claims that she joined the CRPF in 2010, after which she has been selected in the wrestling team and has won several national and international medals. In the FIR, the woman has claimed that the team's coach and CSO run sex scandals in CRPF, misbehaving with the female constable.

The constable has alleged that she was raped in Delhi for three years. The woman constable claims that in 2014 too she had complained about the case under CRPF, but withdrew the complaint due to pressure. The woman constable has also lodged her complaint with the National Commission for Women.
