ZMSC calls on AMFA officials

Imphal, December 09 2020: Ahead of the 21st Zou Gal Memorial Shield Football Tournament, 2020 a team of Zou Gal Memorial Shield Committee (ZMSC) headed by its general secretary met president, All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) here in Imphal today.

During the short meeting AMFA president handed over a set of sports materials including goal nets and footballs to the general secretary of ZMSC and assured of possible help in future, said a statement of ZMSC.

The 21st Zou Gal Memorial Shield Football Tournament, 2020 will kick start on December 11, 2020 at Zou Gal Memorial Ground.

The tournament was initiated in remembrance of the great Zou warriors who fought against the British Empire from 1917 to 1919, it said.
