The Game Awards: All The Winners From 2020's Event

The Game Awards is underway, celebrating the past year in the games industry and looking ahead to the year to come. As usual, the annual award show is chock full of trailers and surprises, peppered in-between the awards themselves. We have a full list of winners below.

The top prize of the night is Game of the Year. The nominees for that are Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Doom Eternal, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Ghost of Tsushima, Hades, and The Last of Us Part 2. Other notable categories include Best Game Direction, Games for Impact, and Innovation in Accessibility, among individual genre awards. Things got started with Best Music/Score during the pre-show, with FFVII taking the win. That was followed by TLOU2 taking Best Action/Adventure and Phasmophobia taking Best Debut.

This year's event is being held in a socially distanced manner due to COVID-19, with presenters and nominees appearing remotely. You can find all the nominees below, with announced winners appearing in bold. This list will be updated throughout the event.
