The fans of popular mobile game PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds or PUBG Mobile India are eagerly waiting for its relaunch in the country. PUBG Mobile was one among the Chinese mobile applications that were banned by the government of India for security and privacy concerns.
Since then, lakhs of PUBG lovers have been waiting for it to come back. It was a relief when PUBG announced that it is making a comeback with unique features for its Indian users. It is expected to come out soon on both Android and iOS platforms.
Before its relaunch, PUBG is already facing competition from the indigenously developed FAU-G, apart from other popular mobile games of a similar genre like Call of Duty, Free Fire, and Fortnite.
Once the game is released officially, PUBG Mobile India will be available to download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for the Android and iOS users respectively. In addition, Android users will be able to download the APK file of the PUBG Mobile India from its official website.
PUBG Mobile India will come with features unique for its Indian users. According to the PUBG Corporation, the user interface and look will be different as compared to its global version. For one, the characters in PUBG Mobile India will be fully clothed by default.
It will also put a time limit so as to ensure that its users indulge in healthy gaming habits.
The PUBG Corporation is yet to announce its official release date. Still, it is anticipated that PUBG Mobile India will be launched anytime soon. The corporation recently registered PUBG India Pvt Ltd in India and it is expected to come up with a subsidiary or a regional office too.
The new company is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, with a paid-up capital of Rs 5 lakhs and authorized capital of Rs 15 lakhs.
PUBG fans will not have to wait much longer before it comes back with a bang in the Indian market.
Before its ban, PUBG Mobile had 50 million daily active users in India, which speaks of its immense popularity.
