TMC office, Abhishek Banerjee's residence attacked in Delhi

In two incidents reported from the residence-cum-office of TMC members in the national capital, the residence of Abhishek Banerjee, as well as the TMC office in Delhi was attacked on Wednesday.

On Thursday evening, some miscreants blackened the walls outside TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee’s residence in New Delhi.

Reports also emerged that at around 10:30 pm on Thursday, some miscreants pelted stones towards Bangla Bhawan, Chanakyapuri.

There were two incidents reported from the residence-cum-office of TMC members in the national capital.

In the first incident, a group of protestors reached Bangla Bhawan and defaced the property with black paint/ink.

In the second incident, similar individuals were seen defacing the residence of Abhishek Banerjee.

Senior officials of Delhi police said that there wasn't any complaint given from the TMC members on the two incidents.

This comes on a day when vehicles of BJP national president JP Nadda and senior party leader Kailash Vijayvargiya’s convoys were attacked in Bengal as the two leaders were on their way to Diamond Harbour in West Bengal, which is Abhishek Banerjee's constituency.
