SSC CHSL 2020 vacancy details released, application registration closing on Dec 15

NEW DELHI: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the list of tentative cacancies for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2020 on its official website https://ssc.nic.in.
Accroding to the notice, there are around 4726 vacancies are to be filled through the recruitment process.
The Commission has not collected the state wise/ zone wise vacancies, therfore, candidates are requested to contact user departments for state-wise/zone wise vacancies.
The Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India.
SSC CHSL Exam 2021: Important Dates
SSC CHSL Exam 2021: Age Limit (as on January 1, 2021)
Age limit for the posts is 18-27 years i.e., candidates born not before 02-01-1994 and not later than 01-01-2003.
Relaxation in upper age limit for different categories are as under:
SSC CHSL Exam 2021: Essential Educational Qualifications (As on 01-01-2021)
For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): The candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
SSC CHSL Exam 2021: Application Fee
Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only). Fees can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
Exemption: Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

Applications must be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC Headquarters i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.
