Thoubal, December 08 2020: Okram Inaotombi Devi, councillor Thoubal Municipal Council ward no 1, distributed wood coal (charcoal) to about 200 families in Thoubal Wangmataba Sorok Makha today.

She said wood coal was distributed from her own expense to help the elderly people of the area during this chilly winter.
