Parts of Lahaul-Spiti experienced light to moderate spell of snowfall on December 09. The snowfall hampered traffic movement towards Lahaul valley from Atal Tunnel. The Lahaul valley has received considerable snowfall, throwing normal life out of gear and a fresh cold wave gripping the area. Administration has advised people to avoid journey till it is cleared for traffic.
