Telenor Norway has announced the appointment of Birgitte Engebretsen as head of enterprise business, replacing Ove Fredheim, who was because head of Telenor Group Holding in August. Engebretsen said that as the B2B market continues to change, Telenor will keep simplifying, updating and improving the services it provides to private and public Norwegian organisations.
The business division of Telenor Norway employs nearly 1,050 workers and generates approximately NOK 9 billion in annual revenue. Petter-Borre Furberg said that competition in B2B is strong and new customer needs are emerging. Engebretsen has 20 years' experience in various management rules within IT software and telecoms and joined the company in 2019.
