Itumeleng Khune says Kaizer Chiefs have a chance to get their Dstv Premiership campaign up and running against Black Leopards on Wednesday.
Amakhosi have struggled to get going in the league this season while at the same time securing their place in the First Round of the CAF Champions League after overcoming PWD Bamenda over two legs.
They face 1º de Agosto in their next Champions League clash but have turned their attentions to Leopards to improve their league standing.
Khune's side come into this game in 13th place with one win, two draws and two losses from their opening five games.
Speaking ahead of Chiefs' next game, the Bafana stopper told the club's official website: "We had two great games in the Champions League. Going through to the next round is a good morale booster for us. We now have to shift our focus back to the Dstv Premiership."
Khune added: "It's not going to be easy. But we have good energy and we have a great attitude in the camp at the moment.
"We are looking forward to hosting Black Leopards on Wednesday evening. Obviously winning the game and making our supporters proud are our biggest priorities.
"We did not start the season well. We have a chance on Wednesday against Leopards who have also not been doing too well. We stand a great chance of getting a positive result because of the confidence we gained against Bamenda."
Leopards are currently in 15th place with one win and four losses.
Kick-off is at 19:30.
