NEW YORK (AP) _ MongoDB Inc. (MDB) on Tuesday reported a loss of $72.7 million in its fiscal third quarter.

The New York-based company said it had a loss of $1.22 per share. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, came to 31 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 46 cents per share.

The database platform posted revenue of $150.8 million in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $138.5 million.

For the current quarter ending in January, MongoDB expects its results to range from a loss of 42 cents per share to a loss of 39 cents per share.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $155 million to $157 million for the fiscal fourth quarter.

MongoDB expects full-year results to range from a loss of $1.07 per share to a loss of $1.04 per share, with revenue ranging from $574.4 million to $576.4 million.

MongoDB shares have more than doubled since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $282.11, more than doubling in the last 12 months.

The state attorney later dropped the charges.At the time The Baltimore Sun reported that Warnock and a colleague were "accused in court documents of trying to prevent a state trooper of interviewing counselors at Camp Farthest Out" and that the ministers "interrupted a police interview of a counselor." Warnock said then that he was "only asserting that lawyers should be present when the camp counselors were interviewed."During a debate on Sunday, Warnock said that law enforcement officers “actually later thanked me for my cooperation and for helping them," and the deputy state attorney told the Baltimore Sun the same in November 2002.Police reports filed by state troopers after Warnock and Reverend Mark Andre Wainwright were arrested for “hindering and obstructing” police show that investigators warned Warnock a number of times to stop disrupting the investigation ahead of his arrest.Tfc.
