NAVI MUMBAI: Kalamboli police arrested a 39-year-old doctor after a 30-year-old nurse at a hospital registered a molestation case against him on December 5.
The resident of Sanpada was booked under Section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 500 (punishment for defamation) of IPC. He was produced before Panvel JMFC court, which released him on bail of Rs15,000 on Tuesday.
Senior inspector Satish Gaikwad said he allegedly passed lewd comments to seek sexual favours when she was on duty.
