RNYOM appeals

Imphal, December 08 2020: The Rongmei Naga Youth Organisation Manipur (RNYOM) on Tuesday expressed concern over tension at Thingou village, Nungba sub-division and appealed the villagers to maintain peace and solve all issues in accordance with the customary laws concerned.

Asserting that the whole scenario of the village was caused by the "negligence" of the district administration, the RNYOM in a statement said all concerned should not play politics regarding the issue in the village.

It appealed people and all organisations to ensure justice and settle the issue in accordance with the age-old customary laws.
