Union Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad briefed about the decisions taken in the cabinet meeting. He said that Cabinet has taken a decision to launch PM- Wi-fi Access Network Interface-to unleash a massive wi-fi network in the country. He emphasized that PM Vaani is going to be a very power transformative digital platform to empower ordinary Indians. "There will be no licence, fee or registration for it," he said.
