Vivo brings fibre optic network to Arcos and Lagoa Santa

Brazilian operator Vivo has extended its fibre optic network to the cities of Arcos and Lagoa Santa, both in the state of Minas Gerais. Residents can now contract plans for services at up to 300 Mbps for downloads and 150 Mbps for uploads. In addition to fixed internet, it is possible to contract the operator’s IPTV service with access to the VoD application Vivo Play, besides fixed telephony via VoIP. Currently, Vivo serves 34 cities in Minas Gerais with its fibre optic connection.
