Roku has added Laurie Simon Hodrick and Gina Luna to its board of directors. As financial experts, the two will also become part of the company’s Audit Committee.
Hodrick is a visiting professor of law and Rock Center for corporate governance fellow at Stanford Law School, a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and the A Barton Hepburn Professor Emerita of Economics in the faculty of business at Columbia Business School. She was also a managing director at Deutsche Bank and currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Synnex and PGIM (formerly Prudential Retail) Funds.
Luna is a partner in GP Capital Partners and has served as the CEO of Luna Strategies since 2016. She served at JP Morgan Chase for 21 years, and is on the board of Tetra Technologies and Complete Intelligence.
