Go sells Forthnet shares to United Group

Maltese company Go announced it has sold its 24.88 million shares in Greek operator Forthnet to the new controlling shareholder United Group, at a total price of EUR 3.24 million. The proceeds from the sale will be redeployed in Go’s local operations, the company said.
