Tikait said that 13-14 farmers will go to meet the Home Minister this evening. For the last 13 days, farmers of Punjab and other states have been stuck on the borders of Delhi demanding the withdrawal of the Agricultural Law. The Center is demanding three consecutive agricultural laws to be withdrawn.

The Bharat Bandh was appealed by the farmer's organizations from 11 am to 3 pm today. Farmers of Punjab and Haryana, demanding the withdrawal of agricultural laws from the Center, had called for a Bharat Bandh today. Vehicles were seen less on the road during the Bharat Bandh today. In this sequence, farmers' talks will also be held with the Center tomorrow. Earlier, five talks between the farmers with the Center were unsuccessful.
