Russian mobile operator Beeline has upgraded work at its retail chain using the mobile agent on the 1C platform. The enterprise software has been installed on the tablets used by staff in more than 2,200 Beeline shops. The software enables numerous functions related to sales and customer service, including payments both using cash and bank cards, sales of SIMs, top-ups, crediting, registration of contacts, and management of services.
The operator expects the system will accelerate customer service. Staff will be able to serve customers anywhere in the shop.
Russian company 1C-Rarus adapted the solution for needs of Beeline. The software was integrated with internal and external systems of the operator, including CRM, billing and others. The implementation was started in Moscow earlier this April.
