Ahead of the December 9 meeting, Union Home Minister Amit Shah may meet farmer leaders on Tuesday evening.
He is likely to meet them at 7 pm.

Farmers have been protesting against the Centre’s recent farm laws. There have been talks between the farmer leaders and the Union ministers, but the talks have not borne fruit.
Farmers, who have been agitating on the Delhi borders since November 26, had given a Bharat Bandh call between 11 am and 3 pm on Tuesday.
Farmer leaders and the Centre are scheduled to hold their next round of talks in New Delhi on December 9.
