We are just fortnight away from WWE’s last event of the year at TLC 2020. This event is already filled with five catastrophic matches so far. Nevertheless we also talk about some of the best rumors which has built up after the latest episode of WWE RAW.
So let us check all those rumors which have taken place and can make things much more bigger before TLC 2020.
5) Eva Marie’s Current WWE Status
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, Eva Marie is being listed internally as being a member of WWE’s roster.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
Since we have received a few emails about Eva Marie, PWInsider.com can confirm Marie is listed as a member of the company’s roster internally but has not been officially assigned to a brand.
She has been seen several times in Orlando at the WWE Performance Center since September.
We know that a lot of fans hate Eva Marie but we are willing to give her another shot.
4) Why Alexa Bliss Missed RAW
Alexa Bliss missed this week’s episode of RAW. Due to the time that we are living in, many fans jumped to the possibility of this having to do with COVID-19. It looks like that is NOT the case.
D-Von Dudley posted a recent video, where he revealed that he has been working in Los Angeles with Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair. It turns out that D-Von is working as a producer for the the Punky Brewster reboot.
Good to hear that it isn’t health related.
3) The Reason Why Trey Miguel Hasn’t Signed With WWE
It was announced last week that WWE had signed Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz. They are best known for being 2 of the 3 members of The Rascalz. The only member not to sign yet is Trey Miguel.
Miguel took to Twitter to reveal the reason why he hasn’t signed anywhere yet. This is due to his nephew being born prematurely:
“I feel like it is worth mentioning AGAIN that a month and a half ago my Nephew was born prematurely and is in isolated care until what would have been his actual due date. Meeting a healthy baby boy is more important to me than anything else. I’m sure you all can respect that.”
This seems perfectly reasonable. We wish him and his family the best.
2) WWE Signs An Incredible Athlete
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has signed “the most decorated athlete” in company history. Her name is Anriel Howard and she has a very impressive background.
Here is what Meltzer wrote about her:
Also signed is Anriel Howard, 23, the most decorated athlete the company has ever signed. Howard was a 5-foot-11 forward who played college basketball at Mississippi State and Texas A&M and later briefly with the WNBA’s Seattle Storm. She was a second round draft choice of the Storm in 2019 and played a few games early last season before being cut. As a senior in 2019 at Mississippi State, she averaged 16 points and eight rebounds per game, was first team All-SEC and Honorable Mention All-American and helped lead her team to the NCAA tournament. She had played three seasons at Texas A&M and holds the school’s rebounding record with 1,002 boards, as well as the school record of 9.8 per game and had 32 double doubles (ten points scored, ten rebounds in the same game).
Her 439 rebounds in the 2017-2018 season are the ninth most in SEC history and was seventh in the nation. As a sophomore, she was 22nd in the nation in rebounds. When she came out of Westlake High School in Georgia, she was listed as the No. 16 prospect in the country. She was a four-sport star including winning the state championship twice in the triple jump and also was a star in volleyball and cross country. She was also the school’s homecoming queen, and was a National Honor Society winner and was looking at sports broadcasting as her career. She was a three-time all-state player who scored more than 2,000 points in high school and was nominated to the McDonald’s All-American team.
This is definitely some big praise. We are excited to watch her career in WWE and see how she does.
1) Interesting Idea Planned For Charlotte Flair’s Return
According to @Wrestlevotes, there is an interesting idea being discussed for Charlotte Flair’s return to WWE.
This idea has to do with her real-life partner, Andrade. The account says that WWE is considering putting them together as an on-screen pairing. Here is what the account Tweeted:
As an Andrade fan, we would love to see this happen. It would also be something different for Charlotte, which could be fun. We are willing to give it a chance.
