UK wholesale full-fibre infrastructure provider CityFibre has announced a GBP 52 million Gigabit City network investment in Plymouth.
The network will reach almost every home and business in the city upon completion. Detailed planning is underway, with Kathryn Askew Smith appointed City Manager to lead delivery of the network. Oakway has been selected to build the network, with the project due to start in January 2021.
