Bajaj Finserv partners with Mirum India for social listening services

As per the mandate, Mirum India will provide Social Listening, Social CRM & Online Reputation Management services from its Mumbai office for Bajaj Finserv.

Bajaj Finance Ltd, the lending and deposits arm of Bajaj Finserv, has appointed Mirum as its Social Listening partner.

The brand has a product portfolio that spans across lending, insurance, systematic deposits, and wealth advisory. As part of the mandate, Mirum will provide Social Listening, Social CRM & Online Reputation Management services from its Mumbai office.
