Ranjitsinh Disale made history by winning the Global Teacher Award 2020. The Award includes a $1 million or Rs 7 crore prize money. Renowned actor Stephen Fry interviewed him in a Q&A session after he won the award. Disale announced in the interview that he would be sharing half his prize money with the 9 other finalists. He also spoke about his plans for the prize money and future endeavours.
