Position: Property Sales & Client Support Officers

No. of Post: 5

Salary: basic + bonus + commission = up to Rs. 25,000 per month

Job description

1. Provide a high level of sales support to queries in an efficient, professional and timely manner
2. Prospecting of selected customers via tele call, emails, and other marketing activities
3. Register, keep track and follow up with leads and prospects. Maintain client database.
4. Generate and manage property listings
5. Verification of information upon client-onboarding
6. Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients
7. Present purchase offer to sellers/buyers
8. Show properties to potential buyers and renters
9. Negotiate between buyer and sellers to facilitate agreements that best serve both parties
10. Provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling or leasing properties.
11. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc.
12. Generating cross leads to other divisions
13. Expedite lead to order conversion time and rates
14. Knowledgeable about the market and best practices

Requirements

1. Degree Holder/ Diploma in any field
2. Good communication skills
3. Ability to work autonomously and self-driven
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5. Honesty and integrity
6. Basic knowledge of MS – Office
7. Skilled in Social Media and Photography would be an advantage
