Ranjit Desale won the Global Teacher Prize of 1 million dollars

Ranjit Desale, who teaches at Parishad Primary School in Priti Valley, a village in the western Indian state of Maharashtra, has been named the world’s most extraordinary teacher out of 12,000 nominees.The winners were announced by Stephen Fry at an online event.
