Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s new track has received a lot of positive response from the audience. This is Kartik and Naira’s new journey as parents away from the Goenka family. As per the latest story, Gayu's son Vansh falls off the terrace and loses his ability to walk. However, Kairav is blamed for it and hence Gayu creates a scene. She blames Manish of giving Kartik-Naira and Kairav and Akshara all the attention and ignoring her family. Even Surekha supports Gayu and Kartik is hurt seeing Manish being blamed. He decides to leave the house with Naira and his kids. Kartik and Naira shift to Mumbai and begin their new journey together. However, Kartik and Naira’s journey is not easy as they live in different apartments in Mumbai and this is because Kairav has started hating his mother, Naira. Kairav feels that Naira believes he pushed Vansh and as a punishment she will hand him over to the police. This feeling has affected Kairav’s mental health and he is currently being treated by a counsellor, Dr. Riddhima. Hence Kairav stays with Kartik and Naira stays with Akshara. Amongst all these tensions, one thing that is constant is #Kaira’s romance. Kartik and Naira make sure they take our time for each other while handling their kids.
