HC grants time

Imphal, December 03 2020: In the suo moto PIL case registered by the High Court of Manipur for monitoring criminal cases against MPs and MLAs, the Court has granted time to amicus curiae and counsel appearing for respondents to peruse affidavit submitted by Secretary Law, Government of Manipur and fixed December 9 for further hearing.

The order was passed by Chief Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar and Justice A Bimol on November 30 .
