Telekom Romania launched a campaign aimed at those who use its MyAccount Telekom self-service application. Running until 31 January 2021, the campaign highlights the reasons why customers should download the app and how they can customise and use the digital tool.
Customers who download and use the app can win Apple smartphones, Apple watches, Apple laptops, Huawei tablets, Sony gaming consoles, Philips TVs, Xiaomi air purifiers, Sony portable speakers, Joyroom external batteries, Fujifilm photo cameras, GoPro cameras, Bluetooth Tellur Mood True Wireless headphones, and MasterCard cards of EUR 100 each. Some prizes are offered weekly while others are delivered monthly.
To participate in the raffle, Telekom Romania customers must enter the MyAccount app, personalise their account and perform at least one of the following operations: renew the subscription directly from the mobile app or MyAccount web platform, pay at least one invoice in the app, recharge a Telekom card from the app or activate the electronic invoice directly from the app or MyAccount web platform.
For every 10 app installations, Telekom Romania will donate EUR 1 to an association that supports local education and development, up to a limit of EUR 10,000. This sponsorship will help children from disadvantaged areas to continue their schooling online, while providing them with computers.
The app doubled the number of users this year compared to 2019, and the number of installations increased by 77 percent this year, the company said.
