Ludhiana, December 3
A team of the Indian Doctors for Peace and Development (IDPD) comprising Dr Arun Mitra, Dr Neelam, Dr Suraj, Kuldip Singh Binder, Anod Kumar and Surinder Singh organised a medical care relief camp for protesting farmers at the border. They examined over 200 patients on the first day.
Patients from different age groups, especially from 55 to 65 years, suffering from common ailments such as common cold, cough, chest infection, asthma, fever, exhaustion, joint pains, skin infections, stress, gastritis, nausea, hypertension, diabetes, attended the camp.
Dr Mitra said it was very inspiring to see two patients aged 90 and 85 years. — TNS
