Welspun Enterprises part of the Welspun Group, on Thursday, announced that the company's Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Ved Mani Tiwari has resigned and the board of directors have accepted the same.
Welspun in its regulatory filing said, "Ved Mani Tiwari, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has submitted his resignation due to his personal reasons."
The company added that the Board has accepted his resignation with effect from December 3, 2020.
On Sensex, Welspun Enterprises finished at Rs85.10 per piece up 1.43%.
The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs85.20 per piece and Rs83.05 per piece respectively.
