Bajaj Finance allots NCDs worth Rs755cr for a tenor of 2 years

The debentures were allotted on a private placement basis.

NBFC-major Bajaj Finance on Thursday said that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on 03 December 2020, allotted 7550 Secured redeemable non-convertibles debentures.

The debentures were allotted on a private placement basis. 

The debentures have a tenor of 2 years with a maturity date on December 02, 2022. The coupon rate is fixed at 4.66%, and the payment frequency will be carried annually and on maturity.

The NCDs have a face value of Rs10 each aggregating to Rs755cr.

The bonds will be listed on the WDM segment of BSE Limited.

On Thursday, Bajaj Finance ended at Rs4867.55 per piece up Rs45.40 or 0.94% on Sensex.
