Treat disabled with empathy: Governor

Kolkata, Dec 03 (UNI) Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar today urged the people to treat the disabled with empathy.

'On International #DisabilitiesDay I urge all to treat persons with disabilities with empathy. They need to be handheld and empowered to lead a life of dignity,' Mr Dhankhar tweeted. 'Recall concern & commitment @rashtrapatibhvn during a visit to National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities in Kolkata,' he added.
