Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Indian School Finance Company Pvt. Ltd. has now informed the Exchange that the company has fixed record date of 30^th November 2020 for Principal and Interest Payment pursuant to exercise of Put/Call Option.

Hence, Trading Members are advised not to deal in the above mentioned Debentures of the company with effect from December 04, 2020 (DR-171/2020-2021).
