NEW DELHI: The
UK has become the first country to grant emergency approval to Pfizer-BioNtech's Covid-19 vaccine. The rollout will begin as early as next week, and nearly 8 lakh
doses will be made available for those most at risk. As of November 30, the nation has procured a total of 355 million vaccine doses from seven different companies.
