Man missing after falling off a boat in the Swan River
Search efforts to find a man who fell off a boat in the Swan River on Tuesday evening will restart this morning after an extensive night search by police.
According to police, the 30-year-old man was alone on a boat just after 5pm when he fell overboard near Ascot.

The incident sparked a major search operation, involving a helicopter, Water Police vessels, and search parties on the river shorelines.
The efforts to locate the man in the river and on the river's banks continued well into the night.

A WA Police spokesman said police would set up a command post near the Maylands Tennis Club, on Clarkson Road, on Wednesday morning as search efforts resumed.
