After going free-to-play in September, Rocket League is getting its next season this month. Psyonix has revealed that the new season will be music-themed.
The game will add new music featuring EDM artist Kaskade. The first track for Rocket League, Flip Reset, is now available. More music will be added in the new update. In season 2, players will be able to choose a ‘Player Anthem’ from the game’s soundtrack. Whenever a player scores a goal, their anthem will play. Rocket League is also getting a new arena called Neon Fields, which is filled with glowing lights.
Rocket Labs will be returning for season 2 as a casual LTM playlist. In Rocket Labs, players get to try out experimental game modes. Along with these, the game will get a new Rocket Pass that comes with over 70 tiers of content. Players who get the premium version of Rocket Pass will instantly unlock the R3MX car.
