A low-intensity earthquake hit Haridwar in Uttarakhand on Tuesday. The earthquake hit Haridwar at 9:41 am, according to the National Centre for Seismology.
It said that an earthquake of "magnitude 3.9 on the Richter scale occurred at 0941 hours near Haridwar, Uttarakhand".
No reports of any damages have been reported so far.
