India were beaten 3-0 in New Zealand and have lost the first two matches of the ongoing series against Australia. The last such stretch of 5 successive losses was witnessed way back between the 25th of October, 2015 (vs South Africa in Mumbai) and the 20th of January, 2016 (vs Australia in Canberra).
