Ukrainian mobile operators to cooperate with Zaporizhzhia on public services

Ukrainian operators Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and Lifecell have signed a memorandum with the administration of the Zaporizhzhia region to cooperate on implementing digital solutions in several fields.  

Innovative ICT applications are planned to be used in the search for missing children, analysing travel flows using big data to improve transport networks, and to develop a system to alert residents in times of emergency. GPS video monitoring of public transport vehicles is also planned under the cooperation.
