Austrian operator A1 said that it has updated its Smart Home solution with “routine” functions. This allows users to create routines where smart home devices act simultaneously or one after the other to complete a series of connected tasks. Users can set or change at any time the routines, which are available free for all Smart Home customers.
A1 had already relaunched the Smart Home app earlier this year. The Smart Home service is offered for Christmas free of charge for the first three months. Customers who opt for the A1 Smart Home tariff S at EUR 7.90 per month or M for EUR 14.90 per month receive an indoor camera worth EUR 60 free. In addition, A1 offers a 30 percent discount on selected A1 Smart Home accessories until 17 January.
